Meeting Information
The Summit will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. Onsite registration will begin on Wednesday, July 27 at 4:00 p.m. Plan to arrive at the hotel and be registered no later than 8:00 a.m. Thursday.

Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms is reserved for the National Youth Summit at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel for Summit participants who require overnight accommodations. You must reserve a room at this hotel by July 6, 2005 to receive the special rate of $195 per night (plus tax) for a double occupancy room and $165 per night (plus tax) for a single occupancy room.

We encourage you to reserve a room quickly. The availability of hotel rooms is limited and cannot be guaranteed after July 6, 2005.

Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in at the hotel is 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive later, please notify the hotel to guarantee your room. Check-out is at noon. Special arrangements can be made for late check-out, as needed.

Airline Reservations
Advisers: Please coordinate youth travel times with parents/guardians. We ask that you make every effort to ensure that your group will be traveling together. If that isn’t possible, then please obtain the itineraries of those traveling separately.

Three airports service the Washington D.C. area: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (approximately 7 miles), Washington Dulles International Airport (approximately 25 miles), and Baltimore/Washington International Airport (approximately 40 miles). See below for ground transportation to the hotel from any of these airports.

Super Shuttle (800-BLUE VAN): $21, $11 for each additional person
Taxi: About $55–$65
Metro rail: Take Metro bus to the West Falls Church station for $8. Transfer to the Red line at Metro Center. Exit at Woodley Park/ National Zoo.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport
Super Shuttle (800-BLUE VAN): $10
Taxi: About $20
Metro rail: Take the Yellow line to Gallery Place/Chinatown. Transfer to the Red line and exit at Woodley Park/National Zoo.

Baltimore/Washington International Airport
Super Shuttle (800-BLUE VAN): $31, $11 for each additional person
Taxi: About $60–$70
Metro rail: Take Metro bus to the Greenbelt station. Transfer to the Red line at Fort Totten. Exit at Woodley Park/National Zoo.

Driving Directions & Parking
Detailed driving directions and maps can be found at www.Mapquest.com. On-site parking is available at the hotel for a daily and overnight fee.

There is valet parking available at the hotel for $26 per day. The hotel also offers self-parking at $22 per day.
