A
block of rooms is reserved for the National Youth
Summit at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel for Summit
participants who require overnight accommodations.
You must reserve a room at this hotel by June 22,
2004 to receive the special rate of $116 per night
(plus tax) for a double occupancy room and $86 per
night (plus tax) for a single occupancy room. There
is an extra charge of $20 per additional person in
each room.
We encourage you to reserve a room quickly. The
availability of hotel rooms is limited.

To receive the special Summit
rate of $116 per night (plus tax), be sure to
mention that you will be attending
the National Youth Summit, and provide the group
code “YouYouA” (for a single room) or “YouYouB” (if
two or more people are sharing a room). If you
are reserving a hotel room online, enter the group

in the appropriate box. Please note that this rate
is only guaranteed for reservations made by June
22, 2004.
Check
in time is 3:00 p.m. If you will arriving later,
please notify the hotel to guarantee your room. Check-out
time is 12:00 noon. Special arrangements will be
made for late check-out, as needed.
The nearest airport to the Renaissance Cleveland
Hotel is the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport,
which is about 12 miles from downtown Cleveland

By
Subway:
The RTA has service every 15 minutes
from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport to Downtown
Cleveland-Tower City Center. The fare is $l.50. Inside
the airport, you can catch the RTA on the lower level
below the baggage claim. Get off at Tower City Center,
which is connected to the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel.
You will get off on the second level of the Tower
City Center and follow signs to the Public Square.
Just before the double doors, which lead to the outside,
there is a sign for the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel
on the left. Go left through the double doors, go
up one flight, and you will see a water fountain.
At the water fountain, turn left to go to the reception
desk.
By
Cab:
Cab fare from the airport to the hotel is
approximately $20-25.
By
Airport Shuttle:
Shuttles from the airport to
the hotel are $10/person. You can find a Royal Fleet
Shuttle at Door 2 outside of the baggage claim area
of the airport. Shuttles run every 15-20 minutes
from the airport to downtown Cleveland. You can call

Valet
parking is available at the hotel. The rate is $10.00
